Life sometimes gets a little bit too hectic to even manage everything - new job, new friends, new place - almost a new life. In the past 3 months I have managed to completely turn my life upside down and change it again. Stressful? Yes. Worth it? \u003Ci\u003EAbsolutely.\u003C\/i\u003E\u0026nbsp;Given I have done the biggest thing in my life to date and moved out, I am very excited to share a snippet of my new place. I will be filming a house tour very shortly, but for now - the new place. Homely was the main aim, everything is just so warming and perfect. This isn't a promotion, but BHS has been my absolute saviour. Most places require deposit and rent within the first month, combine that with buying everything for the place and groceries...expensive month. Moving out for the first time can be very daunting. Going from a family home to your own place \u003Ci\u003Escary. \u003C\/i\u003EMaking it your own and welcoming is the most important. Where I live the rent places are high, unfortunately I have no choice but to stay for work. I chose to spend a little bit more of my wage on somewhere I loved and wanted to be. If you don't do this you will end up being locked into a contract for 6 months minimum usually in a place you hate. Wait until the best place comes along, and it honestly will. I viewed a lot before I settled on one that just felt right.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"\u003E\n\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/span\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"\u003E\n\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"\u003E\u003Cb\u003E4. When you're living on your own and your income isn't as expendable as some may wish, you have to notice these. Live within your means. I am guilty of not always doing this, partial to the odd pair of shoes and what not. But I am also very aware of my bank balance.
