As you will already know I love London. For the past 10 months I've been commuting 4 hours a day purely so I can continue to be part of it, experience it and spend 90% of my week there. It literally is the love of my life.
Recently my brother and I decided to take advantage of the good weather, and walk from Shoreditch to Southbank. The sun was literally shining the entire day - it was great. There is nothing like London in the sun. We can all moan about the excessive prices, the heaving tubes and those bloody cyclists - but London in the sun is like nothing else.
Southbank, if you'd not guessed, is one of my favourite places in the world. I don't know why but I just love it - it always has something going on. Whether it's people performing or some form of food market - there is never a dull day on the Southbank.
So we wandered from Shoreditch right through to the Southbank and then along to the Houses of Parliament. It was a day in which I realised quite how much I loved London - and that I would be here to stay.
With that in mind - I'm officially moving back to London in a matter of weeks (three, but who is counting?) and I can't wait. Not to sound completely cringe - but it's a complete new chapter in my life and something completely different for me - I'll be doing it on my own!
