Simple Chunky Guacamole Recipe


Everyone loves guacamole - kinda. I used to hate avocados so much - but then I used to do this thing where I formed an opinion on something I had never tried. Having tried an avocado and fallen in love the next step was typically guacamole and I have not looked back. It tastes amazing and it is also full of great natural ingredients - avocados are full of natural fats which are super healthy for you.

So here we go for the easiest chunky guacamole recipe:

  • 4 Avocados 
  • 5 small tomatoes 
  • Half a red onion 
  • A handful of coriander 
STEP ONE - Chop up everything.

Firstly mash up all the avocados - use your hands even - it doesn't matter. Depending on how chunky you want it just mash it up as much as you like. I personally have mine that tiny bit chunkier - purely because I love avocados. Once you've mashed them to the consistency you like then you add the other bits (all chopped up).

Squeeze in your lime.

Mix it all around together and serve. Easy, I know right. Never buy the shop bought stuff again - it's always full of extra rubbish anyway! 

I know this post is extremely brief - but that's really because I want to show you how easy it is. If you're like me and you don't have hours in the evening to sort out dinner or food then recipes like these are perfect. I am going to show you a couple of others over the next couple of weeks - I've managed to master the art of eating quick but yummy food!
